This event is organized in accordance with:

Veterinary Regulations (9th edition, effective 1st January 2002)
The Rules for Dressage Events (21st edition, effective 1st January 2003)
All subsequent published revisions, the provisions of which will take precedence.
An arbitration procedure is provided for in the FEI Statutes and General Regulations referred to above. In accordance with this procedure, any appeal against a decision rendered by the FEI or its officials bodies is to be settled exclusively by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

A. COMPETITORS

B. GROOMS
Request for accommodation must send with entries. Please marque MALE or FEMALE
Meals and accommodation at US$ 15,00 per day.
OC will provide sufficient sanitary and showering facilities with hot and cold water for male and female grooms.
C. HORSES
Transport expenses to be paid by competitors.
Horses will be stabled in competition stables (3,20 x 3,00 m)
Stabling and tack rooms to be paid by competitors: US$ 35,00 (each one).
Feed for horses and extra wood shavings will be provided at current prices, under owners expenses.
The stables will open from Wed, April 14th to Mon, April, 19th. If necessary another option, please contact show secretary (5521 2457 4804).
All horses in this competition are forbidden go out stables and Show area during the competition.
D. WELCOME
The time and date of arrival of riders and horses and their means of transport must be given to the OC in order to facilitate them on arrival.
E. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Transport hotel - show grounds by competitors expenses.
F. ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY ON COMPETITIONS AND HORSES (Art. 136.1-2)
The competitors are authorized to carry the logo of their personal sponsor on the saddlecloth in accordance with Art. 136.1-2. The Chief Steward will check that the advertising and publicity on competitors and horses complies with Article 136 of the General Regulations.

Horse examinations, horses inspections and passport control will be carried out in accordance with Veterinary Regulations Art. 1011; Rules for Dressage Events Annex I.
General Regulations 20th Edition, effective 1st January 2000 will apply:
In accordance with Art. 139.1
Every horse entered for any competition at CDNs, CDIs*, and CDIs** in foreign country, and all horses entered for CDIs***, CDIOs**, CDIOs***, Championships, Regional and Olympic Games, whether at home or in foreign countries, must have an official, valid FEI Passport, or a National Passport approved by the FEI accompanied by an FEI Recognition Card, as a means of identification and to establish ownership.
In accordance with Art. 139.2
Horses taking part in CDNs, CDIs* and CDIs** in their own country are not required to have such a passport as is mentioned in paragraph 1. All such horses must be properly registered and identifiable by diagram, and unless there is no national requirement for equine influenza vaccination in the host country and in the country of origin, all horses must have a valid vaccination certificate.
EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATION, Vet. Regs. Annex VI (except events taking place in NZL & AUS)
All horses and ponies for which an FEI Passport or a National Passport approved by the FEI has been issued must have the vaccination section endorsed by a veterinarian who is not the owner of the animal, stating that it has received two injections for primary vaccination against equine influenza, given no less than 21 days and no more than 92 days apart. In addition, a booster injection must be recorded as having been given within each succeeding 12 months subsequent to the second injection of the primary vaccination. None of these injections must have been given within the preceding 7 days including the day of the competition or of entry into the competition stables.
The above are the minimum requirements for influenza vaccination. Both primary and first and subsequent booster injections should be given according to the manufacturers instructions, which will fall within the stipulation of the FEI ruling. In many cases booster injections are recommended by the manufactures and by National Veterinary Authorities/Regulatory Authorities at intervals more frequent than 12 months.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. OBJECTIONS/COMPLAINTS (Art. 167-171)
All complaints and objections to be valid must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit of CHF 150 or equivalent.
2. PRIZE - CLASSIFICATION (Art. 128, 129, 130)
Trophies for first place and second place in the event.
Medals and rosettes until fourth place for test.
No have any deductions in prizes money.
All prizes will be paid at show office.

3. INSURANCES
All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date.
4. EVENTS ORGANISATION (Art. 114 - 115)
In exceptional circumstances, together with the approval of Chefs dEquipe and Ground Jury the OC reserves the right to modify the schedule in order to clarify any matter or matters arising from an omission or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes must be notified to all competitors and officials as soon as possible and they must be reported to the FEI Secretary General by the Foreign Judge.
5. ENTRY RIGHT TO SHOWGROUNDS (Art. 133, 1005)
Entry to show grounds of owners, grooms (1 per horse), riders, trainers (1 per NF), and officials will be regulated by the Chief Steward.
There will be specific IDs for owners, grooms, riders, etc.
6. DOCTOR, FARRIER AND TREATING VETERINARY.
Medical, farrier and veterinary services will be provide by Cavalary School Regiment, under competitors expenses.

CODE OF CONDUCT
In all equestrian sports the horse must be considered paramount.
The well being of the horse shall be above the demands of breeders, trainers, riders, owners, dealers, organizers, sponsors or officials.
All handling and veterinary treatment must ensure the health and welfare of the horse.
The highest standards of nutrition, health, sanitation and safety shall be encouraged and maintained at all times.
Adequate provision must be made for ventilation, feeding, watering and maintaining a healthy environment during transportation.
Emphasis should be placed on increasing education in training and equestrian practices and on promoting scientific studies in equine health.
In the interest of the horses, the fitness and competence of the rider shall be regarding as essential.
All riding and training methods must take account of the horse as a living entity and must not include any technique considered by the FEI to be abusive.
National Federations should establish adequate controls in order that all persons and bodies under their jurisdiction respect the welfare of the horse.
The national and international Rules and Regulations in equestrian sport regarding the health and welfare of the horse must be adhered to not only during national and international events, but also in training. Competition Rules and Regulations shall be continually reviewed to ensure such welfare.
